    Why choose VipWhip?

    VipWhip is European quality N2O, which means it is clean, efficient and safe tested nitrous oxide. It's internationally recognised and has earned a reputation for being reliable and consistent. 

    Which continents and countries do you have your product available?
    VipWhip can supply goods all over Europe, United States, Africa and the Middle-East. We have warehouses with stock in multiple locations and we have a strong distribution network that is always happy to support you with solutions for locations that are challenging to reach.
    What's the minimum quantity I can order?
    The minimum quantity to order is a full pallet for countries where we do not have a distributor. For multiple countries we have existing (exclusive) distributors. In that case, the minimum quantity is higher or you can solely order through the distributor.
    Which payment methods can I use to make my order?
    We only accept bank wires from bank accounts that belong to the company you are ordering for. Please note that we only ship out goods that we have received payment for. We do not accept crypto payments, cheques or cash payments.
    Which documentation do I need to place orders?
    Since we highly value our relationship with our distributors, we want all of our distributors to verify the legitimacy of their company and that they are the official owner. All the company information that you send in is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone else.
    What is the delivery time?

    The delivery time of your goods is defined by the speed of actions on both sides. We guide you through the multiple steps of the ordering process and expect a smooth delivery every time. Here are the steps: 1) Agreement on delivery conditions (pricing, logistics, quantities): 1 day; 2) Onboarding of your company: 1 day; 3) Payment instructions: 2 days until payment is received; 4) Shipping out the goods to your location or releasing the goods for pick-up: 3-5 working days; It is safe to calculate 7 working days delivery time.

    Is there a refund on my faulty bottle?

    We aim for zero defects. Nevertheless, like in every production, there may be instances were an issue occurs. When this happens, we will gladly substitute any defective bottles.
